Scotech recently exported a top-of-the-line 1000kVA pad mounted transformer to Jamaica. The primary voltage of the transformer is 24GrdY/13.8kV, while the secondary voltage is 0.24/0.12kV with two voltages in the LV side,which is precisely the uniqueness of this transformer. This transformer is used in buildings, so it may require two different output voltages to meet the customer's usage requirements. This transformer is designed to be "dead front" and is of the loop type, making it incredibly efficient and reliable. Due to the loop type of this transformer, the high voltage has two sets of incoming terminals and three two position load switches,and there are equipped three bay-o-net fuses and three current limit fuses in the HV room.In LV room equipped with pressure relief device, liquid level indicator,oil thermometer and vacuum pressure gauge.
